Went hunting this morning, at 0910 until 1100 it was snowing so hard you couldn't see 10 yards and the wind started blowing 30-40mph, limbs crashing down, trees falling, it took an hour to get off the ridge while cutting trees up that felt across the logging roads. Sure wasn't safe!!! At least the doe tag is filled.

LOL,,, the inner loins are already in the cast iron frying pan, mixing up some pancake batter and going to fry up a few eggs to go along with them! Lunch in 15 mins!

I grind up everything but the inner and outer loins. I add 10% pork loin and 10% pork butt/fat when grinding my venison, makes awesome burgers!!!
