For a mower I have a Cub Cadet, it has been a great mower, the only issue is making batteries last more than one year before they go downhill, I even remove them and put them down in the basement for the winter!
I've been thru a LOT of mowers over the years. The Best Self Propelled one was my last, BadBoy mower has been the best.........other than the stupid carb. Wish it had the Kawi in it. Never will buy another non-zero-turn! Just stay away from box store crap.
I had a Toro ground-driven gang reel mower that was given to me, I fully rebuilt it.......it was a mess! Worked really well if I didn't let it get too high. With my HUGE lawn at the farm, it was a HUGE time saver. Heavy AF! You could sure tell it was back there when I lifted it!
It used to mow the runway at the air park at the end of my road.

Looking at one right now 24" 2 stage hasqvarna right now. The drive is about 150ft and me and my neighbors responsiblity is our half of the area in back because we share it with our landlords podiatrists office lot. So its a lot of sq footage. $1k doesnt seem bad for a driven 2 stage.
I bought my 1975 Ariens 8 HP snowblower used in 1995, and it still starts on the first pull, handles 24" drifts. I wish it had remote chute controls.

Well both of my photo regs I dropped in the open pot are upright! :headbang:

And my little NL! It’s small compared to what I would expect but all them random plants that sprung up from this soil I left for like a week but finally realized the way they draw moisture over to themselves to drink it was keeping top of my soil way too wet! Pulled em up and turned blumat back 1/2 turn and it’s started moving finally!
