Just made me a nice little canna snack. Took some canned roasted pecans, sprayed with canna olive oil and sprinkled with a little granulated garlic and a tiny bit of my BBQ rub mix. Placed it in my toaster oven to toast them a bit.
I wish I had some of my native pecans to make this. They are smaller and harder to crack, but the meat is so much more rich in oil and flavor. Sure made some badass pecan pies....................Dad loved coconut! Mom added a little shredded coconut to the mixture.
