Hey @Mañ'O'Green or anyone else around who would know lol. I need to run some more water though my bubbler to refill my bottles. Am I better off adding the absorbic acid first, letting it sit for a day, and then adding the Silica, or would it be better to add the Silica, let it sit for however long, and then add the absorbic acid? I know you need to let the water rest after adding the Silica before you add any nutes but I wasn't sure which order would be better or if it makes a difference either way? I figure if I add the Silica and just let it sit then I should be good to add nutes through the week as needed, right?

Wish I could figure out cloning lmao. I wanted a clone of that Purple Cookies girl but for some reason I couldn't get it to work. Debating leaving the lowest buds on her and attempting to reveg but idk how well that will work. I've got more seeds of her, but its an F1 and there's no guarantee I'm going to get another pheno like her with that super strong grape candy smell.
I failed the few canna clones I tried just putting into solo cup of soil but my seedling dome is too small to fit em in so coulda played big part! Took some tomato clones tho and just put into cup of water with some aloe and an air stone and every 1 of the 16 rooted without issue! All are outside growing now actually! I’ll either try that next or I’ll use my spare pump and build an aerocloner outta an extra tote! Speaking of @SOOTDAWG u got a link to instructions on the 1 u built?? Make my life easier then experimenting! :d5:

I would treat the water with ascorbic acid first. then silica then nutrients then bennies then PH.

Good Morfnoevight All! A fine breakfast to start our 35th anniversary.

How long should I let the AA sit before adding the Silica? Is a day ok? Less/more? And am I ok to add the Silica and just let it chill through the week before mixing nutes? Or should it be same day? I used the last of the treated water I had in jugs today, is using yucca (specifically FF Sledgehammer as that's what I've got) as a PH down ok? Their recommended 2ts/gal brought my water right to where I want it PH wise, and I feel like that's the least likely thing to screw with my nute levels for my plain watering days.

The AA will neautralize the chloramines in a short time 30 minutes would be plenty. You want the silica well dissolved into the water should be done in a few hours but any longer will not hurt. I add NPK silica to the res and wait 30 minutes or more.

I have never used FF Sledgehammer ?

Its basically just a yucca solution from what I can tell. 10% saponin, 90% "intert ingredients" which im assuming is mostly just water.

Looks like that new grow room has you about Trained @Cave Dirt Cody ......... :pass: .....

Our flipping net speed dropped below 1 KB yesterday afternoon........the TV pixellated so bad we had 1 channel....it was so boring...we almost had to Talk to each other......:crying::crying::crying:...
Definitely has me by the short and curlys for now. But my decades of industrial process control is going to ease the burden. Eventually. All I need is money and time.

My PH- is P based, and though every nute they have (minus the Big Bloom) is acidic, I figure the Sledgehammer is probably the least likely to throw my NPK and micros out of proportion. Really trying to avoid giving any additional N if possible at this point as from the way they look they really aren't hungry for it. I feel like adding the yucca shouldn't do any harm, I know @WildBill for sure had mentioned using yucca at every water and AFAIK its a non plant food ingredient.
