I imagine if you worked the material longer for less desirable hash, it would be worthless.

I don't know what would be better..............to work it the way I have been or work the material longer and take that subpar hash and use that in the Ardent for edibles.

That's why I love this place! Now I have something to test. The next time I do a dry ice shake, I'll test doing just the shake and infuse the poor hash. It would be quicker and take only one full decarb/infuse cycle.

Keep us updated on the results! I've not made hash as I either vape (and I've more and enough bud for that) or make edibles. I don't mind my edibles being a bit green (the colour of the butter I made last time ) but I do like to use as much of the plants as possible. That and my tolerance is pretty low, I only really have a toke in the evenings or the weekend and only if I'm not going anywhere!

Morning kittens.....good sleep but woke up right before lights came on.....not as chilly but a slight rain coming down, supposed to be rainy a couple days then get cold......well cold for us, no snow or anything insane like that. Cracked open the cubes, looked like all 4 cracked open but no tails. Don't know if they poped then stopped or had just got to the point of starting. Dropped them in water with a couple drops h2o2 , set the mat for 78f, put the probe in the box in between the cups and covered em up...if no change by this afternoon will have to try again.....only thing I can figure at this point is I'm getting temp drops that are stopping/killing em....

If the probe isn’t in the cup then most likely u are! Use the suction cup on the probe cord to keep it from falling out/ put the probe into the liquid/ and set heat mat at 80-82!

These are mine 99/100 times after 24-48hrs!

If u have both add a smidge off humic acid and kelp! Def seem to have nicer tails on mine since I started adding it! Don’t need much I use 1 drop of urb naturals for the humic and 2 drops of a fermented kelp product I have!

Anyone got a line on a cheap 24 x 48 drain pan/catch basin? Would like to set up under the porch greenhouse so I don't have to take each pot outside to water it.....One's I been finding are outrageously priced.

Get u a washing machine drain pan or a couple if need be!

Also autopots makes trays that are really reasonable! It’s $50/$60 for a 3x3 or a 2x4 and I checked shipping and was only $15 compared to usual freight prices which are normally more then what the tray itself costs!

Good afternoon all! How we all doing on this lovely Friday?

Question for the group - I'm going to be doing some infusing this weekend. Last time I nearly ruined a grinder breaking my flower and trim up for decarb - is it ok to just fire it in a blender? Or am I going to loose a lot of trichs? Would be coming out of the freezer (vacuum packed) but let thaw until the morning.

Depending on the moisture inside when u froze it them buds may be a soggy mess by time they thaw! I sure had some become a nasty wet mess and never froze it again!
