It was a very hurried carve, I thought the cut off was today.
Seems they have extended the carving period by a few days, I could have taken more time!

Had a nice simple dinner! Grilled ham and cheese and tomato soup! Was yummy!

Looks good to me. Who don't like a grilled ham and cheese with a cup-o-soup? We had meat loaf and mashed potatoes tonight. The weathers cooled off enough to use the oven now.

I was questioning the Timing in the staff room yesterday...I haven't seen an update yet....
