British football coach Billy Hood, 24, from Notting Hill, London, has been jailed for 25 years in Dubai after four small bottles of vape liquid containing cannabis oil were found in his car.

The only person I know that I have contact with that lives in Europe is an old girlfriend that now lives in Wales. Anyone knows how safe it would be for her to have seeds shipped to her living there?

Should be safe BIll ... Seeds are legal in UK .. They're just not allowed to be germinated. (if she's got a safe address that's not her home .. even better!)
