Almost legal because the NYS guv signed the MRTA law in March 2021 (Marijuana Regulation & Taxation Act), but non-medical home-grows won't be officially legal 'til next June (2024). I couldn't wait that long, so as soon as the guv''s ink was dry I ordered my first seeds and joined AFN looking to figger out how to grow.. Medical grows became legal here last October, but I don't intend to get a medical card because I don't wanna be on any more lists.

Damn they took there sweet as time. it was only 2 or 3 months from when it passed for it to come i to law and we are allowed 8 plants at home 4 in flower. Yeah Im going to keep my ass off as many list as i can.

Agreed. was hell for a week then the next month I was cloudy and would get the chills and then get hot. not much sleep. I think after like 2 months I finally was like damn i feel normal again.
