I do a combo, Italian beef and sausage, if imma do a beef. But I generally try to convince ppl to go to a spot that has south side breaded steak sammies too cuz I prefer those, deep fried steak topped w sauce n mozzarella, usually on garlic bread

I get 2, one the sauce dumped on top when I order then i ask em to throw another steak in the sauce that sits and cooks til im ready to leave... 1 still crispy, 1 soaked cuz why choose when you can have both
