P.S. I often adulterate it with a strong shot of coffee....or Chilli ..just for fun.....

I use almond flour in my paleo English muffins.
I made a cake with coconut flour, never again.
It made my lips pucker, my cheeks sucked in and all available moisture my mouth disappeared!
It was drier than a nuns chuff hole.
Never again!!


Let me know when it's cooled and I'll be straight over for a slice and a cuppa!
I'll bring the weed!
