AMAZING PALEO CHOCOLATE CAKE (GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE)

CAKE DRY INGREDIENTS

• 3 cups almond flour
• 1 cup tapioca flour
• 1/4 cup coconut flour
• 2 cups coconut sugar
• 1 1/2 cups raw cacao powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp espresso powder
• 1 tsp salt

CAKE WET INGREDIENTS

• 4 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

CHOCOLATE FROSTING

• 1 recipe Vegan Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

No bad things for you in this recipe @Mossy or at least I don't think there is.

Wednesday (Wodans' day) and Thursday (Thors Day) were named after the Norse Gods Odin and Thor...
Wodan is another name for Odin.

I'm a bit worried about Friday though, as that is "Frig Day" (aka "Freya Day"), I think we best go with Freya Day, especially as we don't have any rigging to Frig in!:smoking:

Almond flour is cheap and available in Spain and gives it a Fudgey consistancy.....

P.S. I often adulterate it with a strong shot of coffee....or Chilli ..just for fun.....
