Basically, like an earth box? Except there's a gravity fed Rez? To feed, cut off the Rez, let dry out and top dress/water?
You can't get better information for growing organically then right here.
This current grow he's showcasing is full of various automatic and semi automatic watering.
In his 10X10 tent, there are four different systems.
Naturally, the easiest is the EarthBox. I think an EarthBox Jr is the best method for a beginner to grow quality cannabis. I think the Junior is best for autos. The junior has enough muscle to go quite nice and large plants without going too crazy on top dressing for most auto strains. I think one of the best aspects of the junior is the quicker establishment of the relationship of the plant root system with the wicking areas than a center planted girl in a regular EarthBox. I don't really care for double planting in a regular EarthBox for only one reason of not being able to fully freely train the big girls that I expect to grow from a regular EarthBox. Now you can plant a larger auto girl in a regular EarthBox at one end, not top and just pull over the top main cola to the other side of the box. Just slowly progressively pull and over. This will kill the main cola dominance and the plant will send hormones to the other branches. You can get a very nice even canopy of tops using that method...................... Lots of them too!

The key with growing autos in an earthbox is establishing that relationship with the plants root system and the wicking area. The quicker you can establish that relationship, the sooner you can begin to fill the reservoir and then that's when the magic happens with an EarthBox. I love Earth boxes! I have currently four juniors planted and expect two more. It's very easy and can be done with a few simple ingredients that will still give you a quite excellent crop of cannabis.
I suggest getting one and just trying it out.
Simple Basic ingredients:
1. A good quality media such as Roots Organic Original Or regular Coast Of Maine Stonington Blend
2. A good quality compost such as Coast of Maine lobster compost or your own. Coast of Maine has been an extremely consistent and very good quality product and I highly recommend it.
3. Good quality earthworm castings. Preferably your own and especially if you introduce your own natural flora and fauna. The earthworm cachings that you can get at Home Depot in their garden department will work quite well. A step up would be to get some Earthworm Castings from a earthworm grower. Not only would the quality be better, but it will have good beneficial life in it. And that's exactly why I raise my own worms.
4. I do think that BAS, Build A Soil, Craft Blend is a must! It can be used as a top dressing and it can also be used to reamend your soil for the next run. I've been using it for several years now!
5. And to assure no problems in growing bud, BAS Build a Bloom. That is a powder that you mix together with water and apply on the top of the nutrient mound during a dry Down period.
That's the minimalist approach in running Earthboxes. It definitely can be refined as you go, but that's all you really and actually need.

Well after that long diatribe, The only real thing that interests me in his current grow is the Tray2Grow set up In the back left quadrant. The way he currently has it set up is basically like a huge earth box with a dry down As you do in an earthbox. I think I've seen enough so far in this current grow to go ahead and make the decision of getting at least one to run in my 4 by 4 and test for myself. I'm pretty sure I could take two photos and fill the entire 4x4 tent quite easily. If I find it fits my way of growing, I would add another and just have 4 girls in the 4x4 tent and not veg quite as long. It would be a no-till grow and would only get better with each successive grow.

Check out Jeremy's YouTube series! It's got one hell of amount of information in it!

Pretty much. A bunch of the Europeans use them with bio tabs and love them. Can't get bio tabs in the US though
You can get a kit At Amazon, but you can't really get any individual products.
I would definitely try their product it was more available here in the US.

I've had a space case for long long time going on 15+ years it was always my favorite. Wife has it somewhere since I haven't smoked flower in forever :pass:
Ya a former friend bought 1 for like $150 when they first came out with that patented kief collection chamber prob 15yrs ago and it was def a heavy beast! Pole smoking bastard tried to set me up with the cops to get out of some major charges he had caught and kept secret from everybody! Luckily even tho he had been a friend 10yrs something smelled fishy with the deal so the guy with the weed stayed in his vehicle and never got in my ride! Good thing too cuz finally told him to bounce cuz this dude was being suspicious he pulled out the lot and i saw a train of like 5 undercover SUV’s pull out from the alley behind shopping center and got right behind him! I went in gas station and bought cigs thinking i was being slick and pulled out going othee way and next thing i know i hear sirens and look in my side view and 2 cops are driving the wrong way against traffic to get behind me! Pulled over and realized 2 narcotics detectives had been following me! I had no weed on me tho so couldn’t charge me for potentially being a middle man! Had pills on me but were my moms in her bottle so all good!

Well not all good fuckers arrested me but promptly dropped charges once they verified my mom still had a legitimate prescription! Was just a f-ing hassle! Turned out dude set up like 6 or 7 people cuz he had got busted selling pills to undercover narcotics officers and was already on felony probation for like 7 charges including interstate trafficking! Dude was a dumb shit for sure!

U musta missed convo bro! He uses coco and drip irrigation the autopot info he was just passing along to someone else! ;)

Well @Lil Dab got cup of water + kelp n humic warming up to 82 and then i will drop the seeds in! I braved the heat to go ahead and scrub both full size eartboxes cuz they were caked in dirt and spider webs so busted out a sponge and some dawn power wash so they ready to rock now! I made small crossbar pieces with wheels and bolts going thru them that lock into bottom of the big boxes so i can roll them around! Once sun goes down gonna carry the 10gal bags out so i can dump the old soil and clean tent! Been procrastinating too long and don’t wanna make @Jean-O mad so time to get these beans going already!

Well that was not only for him but others that may read that. It was in a response to the Earth box question.
