I get numb hands all too often but no vertigo thankfully. No idea what it related too but I'm sure I'll find out at some point. I hope you are getting back to yourself.

Yep, after about 45 minutes the vertigo goes away, and the numbness and tingling fade fairly quickly…although it leaves my back with a tight knotted feeling for the rest of the day…. And the numbness returns much quicker if it’s already been aggravated that day… it used to be much worse, so I try not to complain too loudly

Hopefully you get yours figured out eventually…
