I experimented with cassava flour for pizza crust for a friend who couldn't eat wheat. It was good. I use a lot of mexican corn flour (made with nixtamilized corn) for mexican tortillas, and glutinous rice flour for mochi dough. And pre-cooked corn flour for arepas (the kernels are roasted or parched before grinding so the flour makes dough when mixed with warm water).Good Morfnoevight All! Past EO, Dabs onboard.

The Pizza party was a hit. We ate 5 pies and salad, it was so good. The pizza dough was the best GF so far. I would think most people could not tell the difference between wheat and this dough. it was light tender and crispy where it should be. Ms. MOG says she changed to the lightest olive oil and temped it just right.

I agree that it is most likely environmental or viral. How are the crops failing?
The color is really for identifying the very beginning of an issue since it will attract from a distance and can be hung. Any color will catch them on top of the soil since that's where they live. Any white insect monitor/glueboard will do the same, a little cheaperIs anyone else using these glue traps?
Apparently the color approximates decaying leaves and attracts bugs.
