Thank you my friend…. I’ll give you one tip that was a game changer….

Anxiety is and was a major problem for me…

I realized I could induce very similar symptoms to an anxiety attack with cardio… start fully rested, and go balls out for like 45 seconds and slow to a walk (I ran up a super steep hill)….. and then, see how fast you can slow your breathing and heart rate back to calm, by using breath control.

This is basically the same way to bring anxiety down to baseline (the breath and heart rate control. You have to try different rhythms until you find one that calms you down fast)..

So I practiced that like reps in the gym, daily. And it worked…. Eventually I got to a point where I could stop my anxiety before it really got a foothold. I still deal with it, but I can make it go away in about two minutes now…

Plus I got I shape-ish along the way
I should add…. I think ultimately this was helpful because I could practice calming down my anxiety…without having the mental effects of the actual anxiety to deal with. Kinda took the crazy out of the equation, during practice…..so when the real thing happened you kinda had something to fall back on…

Exercise is a very good way to go, you get better confident and you get endorphins released which make you feel better.

So I guess I’m back to fitness again, as that makes me happy and stabilized.

But that doesn’t cure my PTSD, as that shit came from real events and or present today - and to live with it I need the meds, sadly.

Or I have to change the world so we can live in peace.
We can call it a virus and it’s widely spread so it’s impossible to stop/get rid of - so I’ll live with the Benz until the day the “MaryBenz” is found or created.

Thank you for sharing. 🙏☮️

Nope…. I’ve learned, and the doctors have verified that there’s no cure, especially if it’s complex ptsd. Unfortunately. That’s the root of mine too. It’s just about managing symptoms through meds, healthy living, etc. If you’ve found a successful medication, then that’s for sure the way to go (then you can leave getting high for having FUN). :headbang::headbang: :pass:

When do you start physical therapy? :pass:
Idk . Probably not too soon. Gotta see a bunch of doctors. Im in really bad shape. Like really bad dude. . I got a lot of relief from the procedure, in one spot of many. Been tryna get in with the endocrinologist earlier but i think I gotta wait till the end of June. My diabetes is so out of control N i feel like I been eating right
