Yes I am, but actually downsized to the paid off property, which was smaller but looking ahead I found that the taxes, maintence etc, was going to be more than I felt comfortable with the diminished income, so I made a command choice and sold the larger property. Her choice was to sell this one, and continue to live on the edge of insolvency in a spiraling economy. . . I won... so if that's your version of being a sucker, more power to you.
