I know what ya mean brother. I got a 54 year old brother who's had a felony on his head since he was 18, for $20 worth of smoke. He didnt get alot of good jobs cause of it, plus did 6 months in county.. You cant give that kind of stuff back.

I would imagine there was a similar situation in the early 30's when booze became legal again, from folks doing time due to Prohibition.
