Breakfast was a beautiful thing. Then we went and saw a good friend of ours Jem Bluestein play some Zydeco music for Porch Fest in the Tower District of Fresno.

It must be AFN pork day, We will be having Goan Pork Vindaloo from ATK. Any time I get to cut up a pork butt I also get to eat some chicharrones.

This smells so good!

The aroma in the house is hypnotic. I am starving now and we still have nearly an hour to go. I just stirred in the coconut vinegar. Cook covered for 20 minutes more, then uncovered for 30 minutes.
