I acquired these air fresher things from a job I done the other day and thought I could make a water mister for the Den.

It can be set so Every 10 - 20 or 30 minutes it will automatically spray/mist water over the tops of the plantsView attachment 1675417View attachment 1675418

Sweet!
Your smoke alarm batteries are low. I heard the chirp and can't ignore it.

Is RH an issue in your den? I would have assumed it was too high, not low…

Anyway…hope it works out. Be on the lookout for powdery mildew…:pass:

I'd take those jobs they are the jobs that can be done in 5 mins:toke::pass::biggrin: Plus if it doesn't work then it's not my fault it's what "they wanted". It's when they come in with just a idea and expect it built on the spot like I'm a short order cook most customers think were just sitting around waiting for them to come in  :nono:
Yeah, most folks have no bloody idea how much is behind something that does well what the original idea was. I spend at least as much time with pencil and paper as I do with the torch. By the time the setup (cutting and shaping, alignment, clamping etc.) is added, the torch time is a small percentage. The last time I took a job to someone else, it was because I was at the boat away from my welder. The welding probably took less time than processing the payment. As I recall, about 6'' or so of bead on 1/2" aluminum, but it was all cut, clamped and ready to go. That bit of gear is still steering the boat quite nicely over twenty years later, and I expect it to be doing the same when the new owner (I sold it two years ago) passes it on to the next keener. :pighug:

Yeah I didn't believe the guys when I started here when they told me welding is only a fraction of the job we do. My buddy was like I can teach you to weld it's all the other stuff guys don't know how to do. We can find "torch holders" all the time but fabricators are hard to come by :toke::pighug::worship:
