Yes! The daily (a few if you can manage) walks make a world of difference. Not just the sun and exercise, but they’re great at clearing the mind…. Plus, they seem to keep the restless legs at bay….. and if you’ve suffered from that particular malady, you know the torture. If you walk enough, they stay away, or at least reduced. (Kinda makes me wonder if restless leg syndrome is nothing more than ADHD of the knees )…... The Walkies too.... trying to break the cycle......
