The 1992 Toyota Pickup had a recall that the DMV listed on my vehicle renewal form. It had to be cleared before I could register the truck. I took it to the dealer and the part was available, made an appointment and they installed it today. $0.0 and it may have saved my life. After I saw what they replaced I understand the DMV/NTSB position.
