I can't stop eating this turkey jerky, yes I have the munchies. This batch of turkey jerky is top shelf! It is almost tough as leather And you have to chew it for a while, the whole time the salty umami smokey flavors and spices just dance on my pallet. Chew and chew some more, just the way I like it. I like Pemmican style as well but it eats too fast. You really have to work on this one. The sous vide solved the problem of the turkey drying out too much in the oven when I pasteurized it.
