Thanks bud. Ya its a very tricky balance. I get dangerously dehydrated when my food has to work past the swelling so i end up overdoing it getting back, sometimes i wake up and not even like i gotta use the bathroom type way like an exhausted feeling like i did an ab workout in my belly and its definitely directly connected to the swelling in my hips and back, its almost like theres just not enough room but my gut muscles just keep doin their jobAfternoon my friendSorry to hear about the continued issues….
The swelling you describe is called edema….
You can do some research on the causes and let that inform you on weather to go to the ER or not…..
