@Mossy In addition to what Frank said, the yellow fat means it was grass fed which is good! Maybe look for a Chuleton cut. It's basically a ribeye here in the states, but cut little differently. Lomo Alto is a T Bone. Always look for lots of marbling as well. Little veins of fat running through the meat. More fat= more flava!
Like most everything, beef in Spain can be amazing!

That's the Usual ones.

These are 6.50 euros each... enough for 1 per person....:headbang:.... which I don't think is bad... compared to having a steak at a restaurant....


But this one was 6.50 euros with enough for 2 people....half the price means we can have it twice as often.....:biggrin:
