Question for the group, if my AC Infinity 6" vent fan is advertised at 68wt, is that 68watts if your running it at full blast on the number 10 setting, and does that mean if your running it on the #3 setting its only drawing 20.4wt, or is it 68wt no matter the setting? I just always assumed it used less watts when run slower.

Yup it uses less at a lower speed.

I believe it’s at peak power. Running constant 68 wt and hr

Thats what I thought, but when I tally my watts for my tent I use the advertised watts, to be safe, though I know i'm actually using much less.

Nope, it is a brushless electronic digitally controlled motor, no potentiometer.

I imagine u guys who grew before leds came out, had some real pain in the butt things to deal with. The equipment today, really cuts the watts usage down.
