Which ff soil do you use?

You wanna know what's even worse......I order it from amazon.... LOL never once had Fungus Gnats or ANYYYY of the bullshit tall tales I hear from so many people online. People are so full of shit Not one time in 1 year. I've bought about 15 bags so far from different amazon dealers, so I still have a chance I guess so many people fucking HATE fox farms with a passion but whatever, it's working for me at this point with what I'm doing. Not the end of the world right? Sure I'd love to try other ways. But it's making the learning process fun and pretty simple. At first it wasn't i was lost and hiding here in the forum not wanting to post my shitty plants but I'm getting it down.

What light? I have zero larf and my light stays at the top of the tent… I’ve got solid buds, no larf.

Tops are fine in the corners. My mid level and lowers get a little larfy in the far corner. Maybe need to raise the light some??? Will give it a try next round

I think people only dislike it because of the bug factor. I use happy frog in my outdoor beds every year and like it.

Never once seen or had any bugs? Not saying I wont ever, just don't get why people say that I haven't seen any Flys except in the summer an occasional mosquito.. it's like this big myth or old wives tale. Like it happened to 1 guy and now everyone is afraid

Maybe that’s why you haven’t had bugs. Perhaps Amazon is cleaner than the garden/grow stores most folks get them from.

Not everyone is full of shit…the best grower I know was a fan for a long time and saw a change in the product, more bugs, more trash, inconsistencies.

You’ve had success…good on ya. Doesn’t make everyone else wrong or full of it amigo..

Yeah that, and that it can be "too hot" for seedlings are about all the real negative I've heard about it.

I don't know... but just because you haven't gotten any gnats in the few bags you've ordered, doesn't mean everyone who says they have gotten gnats is a liar. I agree, Fox Farms probably takes more flack than they deserve because people use it as their first medium, make mistakes and blame the soil. But, if everyone really hated it so much, it probably wouldn't be the ubiquitous cannabis soil sold in every grow shop. I personally had good results with it the ine time i used it, but definitely had gnats come out of the bag when I opened it.

Well that would be any soil then not just fox farms. I had a staff member here tell me they wouldn't bury their cat turds in fox farms.. Alot If not all of the amazon sellers are hydro shops so idk. I see so many people on this site and reddit mostly, "infested" with bugs. Talking about how fox farms has bugs it just makes me laugh cause I stick to one soil that people say has so many bugs or is way too hot or this and that and I haven't experienced any of that so yeah, most if not all fox farms haters are full of shit. I'll stand by that one sorry friend! after all this shit talking I'm gonna get hammered with bugs watch

ffof was 10 dollars a bag in my area pre-pandemic.. now its 16
