That awesome that you raised your own cows.
I'm still using my cheap starter smoker, can fit about 2/3 of a brisket in snd nothing else. I have been looking at the oklahoma joe brand. We can't get the full range but we can get the off set smokers in the UK. As an off the shelf smoker they look good and im considering one as my next upgrade.

That model looks well-designed, but not £3000.

If you can get the Bandera model, it's well worth the money. With a few mods, it's pretty badass. Very easy to regulate the temps.

Ending week 5 of this grow. 4x4 tent looks fine, but two girls in my 2x4 have something going on. No friggin idea why, but it's most likely partially strain related. Guess I need to post in the infirmary.

3 Bears OG X Double Grape is drinking nicely and stacking some frosty buds. Need to clean up the top a little with it getting thick and messy where I'm taking the pull.

Those are fork tender when sliced, fully juicy and fully smoke flavor all thru it.

Good morning monkeys! A good head bopper for Sunday morning. Have a good day everyone!!! Headed over the mountain and to the river for some kayaking today. A couple of decent class 3 and drops. Some nice rock jumping holes as well

Debating on whether I want to get in on the python challenge this year......friend I did it with in 2020 has moved up state west of Gville so it would mean camping or hotel to stay in for 10 days.....and he's not participating so that means finding another body or going solo ( not really a good idea). Plus I'd have to get someone to stay with wife......guess I talked myself out of it, LOL.
