What do you adjust to next?

Around day 20 I start lowering a little each day until I’m about two feet away, and stick with that throughout veg, adjusting as necessary as the plant grows. In flower I’m a foot away, usually.

@Mossy that vertigo ain't no fun is it your royal catness. Do u get the cool flush and funny head ? Doc told me mine is high blood pressure related so I've started to make some diet changes the heat messes me about too so I use a neck sheath when am out in the garden now. Do you have any little tricks for helping with it ?

It is awful @TheHappyClique ....debilitating......in the UK.... Stemetil 5 mg from the Doc's.
They give you 1mg at first which will help...but the 5mg literally Stops it as soon as it hits your stomach...
They are heavy duty drugs though...so they are not keen to prescribe.
