I can relate mate I used to be life of the party but now if much rather avoid it all not sure when it changed for me but It did and super quick too started getting bit anxious and having to check over my shoulder it's a strange one ain't it because am a big guy but am way too soft these days maybe it's having kids and a wife ..... Probally having a family with you. Unless we're camping or fishing in a boat, when I'm with family away from home, I can't rest or enjoy thing that well because of being on edge............a sharp edge.
I'm medicated on my own meds. I'm good!
I bought a hat I saw at the VA hospital a couple years ago. I had to buy one for my friend too!

Any special privileges come with the hat ? The USA deffo dose alot more for there vets than the UK dose that's for sure all to often there the guys who end up on the streets on hard drugs when they have served there due sad really I wonder what's different in the ethos from UK to US .....

I've got a few laughs from it.
Had to set a cop in his place when he asked a stupid question.
"Medicated Vet, huh? Medicated on what?"
"That's none of your f*cking business! It's a f*cking joke hat Rufus! I bought it at the VA Hospital!"
This was at the end of the traffic stop, I was getting a BS ticket and I had enough of this asshole's Lord High Sheriff BS.
Gonna see his ass again in court on the 19th. I Subpoena his dash cam, body cam and all comms. He can't lie!

A lot more is needed for sure on both sides of the pond! I know many guys that took the easy way out...............and it really is the easy way out! I understand why they did it all too well, but I'll choose to go out fighting. I don't know any other way to be.
