New Grower Kneehigh’s early miss (first grow)

Sorry I’m starting this journal a little late but I’ll be updating daily with updated pics and info on the ladies. So far I have 3 of them going. 1 is in a 3gal pot another in a 5gal pot and another in 1/2gal pot for a microgrow the other 2 will be full grow and lst. The oldest is 22 days old today and had a growth issue in the beginning due to the light being too high!!! So because of the stretch it slowed down the rest so her growth is right there with my 10 day old who is even bigger than the 22 day old. I’ve held back on the oldest one getting nutes until she gets a little bigger. Here they are Shirley 22 days old, Britney 10 days old, and Bridget 4 days old. I’ll probably be starting nutes on Shirley next week then Britney the following week. I’ll be using fox farms trio.

Good morning everyone! The gals are doing great. Miss Shirley received her first dose of nutes with her feeding this morning. I fed her with ph balanced water at 6.5, mammoth p, and 1&1/4 teaspoons of grow big. The recommended dose is 2-3 teaspoons so I thought I’d meet at a good dose of 1&1/4 which is a little less or more than half dose however you look at it. She’ll get just ph balanced water and mammoth p her next feeding. Then Britney is still on ph balanced water with mammoth p. She starts nutes next week.

Well how’s it going y’all? Going great over here the gals are growing lovely. Shirley handled her first dose of nutes very well. Britney is growing like a beastly beauty at 13 days old and already working a 7 finger leaf system she’ll get her first dose of grow big nutes next feeding, and Bridget well she’s doing her thing lol.

Update on the age for Britney she is 12 days going on 13 days old 10/21/17 at around 5:30 pm when I noticed she’s broken soil and was just a little runt with her seed casing still attached to the cotyledon leaves. However I just wanted to update that bit of information. She will be undergoing treatment here soon with beneficial nematodes and ladybugs with the cold air coming faster and faster mites alike are trying to stay warm plus I’ve been dealing with fungus gnats well fuck that they’re getting the wrath of the nematodes and ladybugs. Also on 10/19/17 Shirley had her first dose of nutes with fox farms trio grow big at 1.25 teaspoons and drank that shit up! Meanwhile Britney will start nutes on her next feeding which will be next weekend she will get the same dose as Shirley did her first go. Also I will be adding cal-mag without nitrogen here very soon. I just ordered my lights so as you can imagine like most new growers I’m on a budget. For this grow I chose to go with the king plus 1000w led grow light. Once the light gets hung I’ll wait a week to update with new pictures of growth. Hopefully I’ll see some preflowers here soon on Shirley.

I’m currently using cfls and a small watt cob I found in my shop.
