I thought your seedling looked good for day 8. I found that the 1st 2 weeks are kinda boring on any grow. after 2 weeks they take right off.

Nice, I think the 1st few weeks they are doing more under the soil than above. Once they dig, they take right off.

I made a mixture of C02 last night its really starting to stink. I need my carbon filter which shows up tomorrow as well as my new inline fan of course and my 600w hps/mh. I have all my nutes now which is good. I also have my new reverse osmosis digital ph pen. Hopefully my duct booster fan shows up as well tomorrow so that I can hook up the ventilation system. this C02 (Water, Yeast, Sugar) is really stanking so i need it hooked up asap plus you know diesel ryders WHOOOHEEE.

Just as a sidenote on everything due to the fact that I lost 4 plants to stupid newbie mistakes I germinated the rest of my seeds, well started anyway. One of them cracked and made its way under soil.
So the 3 newbie mistakes i made are as follows
1: Fan from the get go to make sure they dont grow top heavy
2. Put the lights too low. I knew better than to do this but the ad said the heat was so low i could put it right up there and believed it.
3. Fill the Pots level so that the plant can get full fan effect
These 4 seeds are also somewhat of a test for me. I need to prove to myself that I learned from my mistakes and the sooner the better. Sour Kush seeds are VERY expensive and will be my next grow so I need to perfect this before i get there.

Simple I filled a 4 Litre jug (an empty water bottle) about 3/4 full of water added half a bag of sugar and a package of yeast. Very cheap but like I said its smells.

I know it for a fact when Diesel Ryder #1 died I dug her up and took a look. I couldnt believe the roots she had already. I'm very confident I have a very nice young root structure under there. After only a few days above soil she had was about 3.5-4" root with about 25 spots where the root had already branched off

Well all of the ladies are doing pretty good after a few of them needed to recover from a potassium deficiency. They have all begun to show signs of their third set of nodes and will begin regular nute treatment shortly. All 4 seeds sprouted and are under soil and cocoa now hopefully I can prove that I dont need to worry about spending the money on those other seeds. My inline fan showed up today its a 6 inch 440 cfm with a 6 inch carbon filter so im sure it will take care of the smell of the DR's in my 4x4 tent hahaha. I also got my 600w hps and mh light. Good Good. And Got some afghan kush ryder and pakistan ryder seeds on the way yum yum
