The tent filled up fast! And is looking spectacular. Moby is supposed to get rather large.
How are the peppers?
Oh yeah after LSTing Baby it filled in quite quickly for being such a runt. If it does successfully drop pollen as I hope it will There should be a good number of seeds in it.
Moby I'm having high hopes for (slight pun intended) did you also get the dinafem auto variant of it?
The peppers are doing well enough. Eating themselves to get their fruits going.

Somango Day 32:
While the plants were growing I kept taking off the new side shoots as soon as they did get big enough for my sausage fingers to grab 'em. Once every internode hardened out enough the LST wire got moved to the new end. Today I topped the 2 terminal nodes after the 3rd node which's shoots I left on. The leaves of the branches to be kept I of course leave on so the roots can get enough energy to continue growing and dividing. I also re-tightened the LST on the small one today so as to move the branches to a direction as close to parallel to the ground as possible.

Jack Day 78: Today Jack got her last haircut before the final one. I lightened the center/bottom out a tad so air had an easier time getting in there. The fan leaves attached to the flower clusters I mainly left alone so they could produce and grow dem buds.

Baby Day 50: After noticing some previously treated buds getting a little fuzzy I gave the ordained branches another spritz of the good old silver solution so they stay male.

After today's little workshop eeeeverything smells like weed. It's bloody fantastic. The feeding shedule has changed slightly. Everything gets 750ml a day. That seems to be the best amount to stave off salting the ground. Jack however was quite light today and got 1.5liters.. might have to upp that daily dose to 1L/day.

Much to my dismay @Dudeski started growing some Moby Dick a few days back. That and Royal medic are some recent additions to my collection I plan to grow in the near future :p

I also found a good deal on coco in case anyone from western Europe is interested.. 215L for 20 bucks
That overhead shot is niiiiice @Druid !!!

Good lively garden, seems the spring comes to your garden in advance.

Thx, I try my best to convey how awesome it looks irl.

A true hands on gardener!

Yeah that Mars 400 light is doing it's job quite nicely I must say.

Here we have the elixir of life:
Pollen.jpg

That lovely dust in there is Baby's pollen. I already tickled a few more of it's flowers today :bighug: I think I'm gonna pollinate a few of Jack's buds with Baby. Jack the super mutant and Baby the über fast flowering mutant might make an interesting cross down the line.

Awesome @Druid exciting times coming up man! Now i'm wishing I didnt pull the two male auto portals I had a few weeks ago....Welp here it comes... Newb Question.. Can you save the pollen for awhile or no? :-X
Oh yeah you can! It keeps for quite a while.

extract the pollen from the stemen
Put it on a heater so get rid of the moisture
put some desiccant balls in the same container
put it in the fridge at 4°c

That way pollen can keep well for a year. You can do the same with seeds and they stay viable for 6 years easily. I would not suggest freezing it.

Since there are only a few Flowers opening per day I dust a few per day.. because let's be honest I don't recall which ones I pollinated previously :p So some will get pollinated multiple times and others might not be at all. On Jack though I will make sure to only fertilize a small cluster
