I'm the opposite last job I was in (10 years) they wanted me to take a £3 an hour pay cut and still do the same job told them I would rather not and took voluntary redundancy then went back a year later with my now boss and cherry picked all the best workers left them with the useless pricks (mostly managers) the place has a year to turn it around feck em were taking all there work now aswell see I'm a twat just in a different way I'm loyal as fook but piss on me I will go out my way to feck you over it is what it is I don't stress the little things like work
