It depends on what state. Even being recreationally legal, there's a limit on how many plants you can have, and jobs can still let you go if you test positive.
Someone at my company got fired a couple of years ago because someone said she smelled like pot, so they tested her and it was positive.
Sooo... It's still pretty touchy.

Yup, yup... I bought it for the new house so I could grow cooking herbs, like bay leaves, oregano, etc.
Once I got, I went "Hmmmm..." and the rest is history! LOL

I have a jungle of happy trees.
Very spiffy, I just looked it up & think I may add it to the arsenal in the future.
It's my infirmary/nursery. I got another, a smaller one, for the herbs in the kitchen.
