1500 PPM is getting on the high side, watch for tip burn and the claw. If they do not finish at the same time harvest the one that is ready leaving a single stem with leaves to keep the roots alive while the other plant finishes off.
Refresh my memory what nutes are you running? Thanks MOG. How would I flush the earlier harvested plant?

I am very familiar with your delima because I have grown different strains in the same res in the past. I don't have a good answer for you and this is one of the reasons I moved away from DWC. The best you can do is favor the better plant and fertigate on her schedule. It is ok however to do a 2 day flush with the Flawless Finish, harvest the early plant (leaving a little bit to keep the roots alive) and go right back to the fertigation of the remaining plant on its schedule.I use advanced nutrients, which calls for overdrive in last two weeks of flower then a flushing aid called flawless finish that is to be used with water only in the final week. Concerned about them being on different schedules when I need to adjust Kate flower nites as well as flushing.

unless they are clones you will often end up with different phenos of the same strain . These are both Zambeza Blueberry photoperiod plants from seed:Same strains in the soup next time for sure.
