Hi mate, why not grow the seedlings in a smaller cup but big enough to hold them for 10 days. And then move them to the hot soil?
This is just an idea to avoid the seedlings getting burned.
I always use light soil and add more perlite and coco coir to the mix.
It's easy to add nutrients but hard to remove.
