Overfed is my guess.Too much N.
Got the camera sorted out for Xmas mate.

Good stuff, look forward to some nice bud porn… @redrobbo even though there feed has been upped they are still a little light in colour, there appears to be a little claw on the new growth on No1, but it's still not as green as it could be.

They are saying "please don't punish us anymore we promise to grow anyway you want cane master!":naughtystep:

Very good @scally420 not much chance of that though…still to be super-cropped if they dare mess with my canopy.

At first i thought they were saying im thirsty but maybe reds N tox is more likely

@sanguine Yes the slight clawing might suggest that, but the lightening of leaves suggests they are hungry to me, and they were fed this morning.

a spot of cal meg def and a bit of tip burn

@Wile e Peyote Yes there is indeed a small amount of def on Queen Hardon, deficiency to me always suggests under feeding, it will appear when the plant is not getting enough nutes, you really shouldn't see any problems if they are fed at the strength they require. so basically. it's grower error with this plant.

Bloom time...:pass:

We have a winner….. :pass: Duggy has it spot on, this is something i see in most grows usually around 10 days after showing sex, as the initial flowers start to form the leaves will droop like they need water, but as they have been fed earlier today and are not as dark as i would like at this stage, to the point that one is starting to show a small amount of def that maybe not what appears to be going on, this to me appears as an indication that they maybe bored munching on Nitrogen and desire a change in menu, and that's what they will get, next feed bloom will be introduced, this should encourage the plants to put all their energy into bud production but keeping a background of half strength of grow nutes to take them through the stretch and beyond.

Duggy you been slapped as hard as i can. :pighug:

I'm at the same stage and mine are due to be fed tomorrow. Still undecided if they should get one last grow feed or if I should start the bloom...

Cheers,
Hardon

@hardon You feed them hard with Nitrogen in the beginning that's for sure, and to date i've never stopped a single plant in its stretch by applying bloom nutes around this time…do you keep a background of grow nutes too ?

@hardon I mean do you keep running some grow nutes when you switch to bloom…yeah man, i'm a bit baked too, to be honest totally baked would be a better measure of where i'm at.

Ha, would you believe that exact question has been troubling me for a few days now...

My current run is my first time using the Plant Magic range. That's why I'm being a little 'conservative' with the feeding right now and not ramping it up. I've always used BioBizz in the past and continued with grow nutes until the very end, sometimes reducing the dose in the final few weeks. However the Plant Magic feed schedule recommend that grow nutes are stopped when bloom nutes are introduced and if you read further into it, their bloom nutes and bloom booster contain some elements of N. So I'm thinking that continuing with grow nutes might be counter productive...

What bloom booster do you use?

Cheers,
Hardon

@hardon I just use BioBiizz Bloom… no fancy stuff for my plants…. I'll be watching to see how that Plant Magic works for you. I like how you call feeding them 5ml at this stage conservative.

I give a lil grow nutes w bloom all the way thru
As keeps them healthier i think
Usually as needed but atleast once a week ill throw some in

@Merlin.BAMF I give them half strength grow nutes after the switch…so at the moment i'm on 3ml with them (except Queen Hardon) , so when i introduce bloom in the next feed i will drop the Fish-Mix to 1.5ml and introduce the bloom at 3ml…the Fish-Mix will run at that level till the last couple of weeks when it gets dropped to 1ml and the bloom gets raised by that time to around 5ml - 6ml.

Day 24… it's all kicking off…..growth has exploded. Light now only 20" from the tops of the plants, another 4" and i'll have to start raising it daily for next couple of weeks.

Over head of No1 & the baby. really starting to throw out flowers now.

As you can see the stretch is happening at a pace now.
