I hope you are not offended that I am scribbling on your Grow Journal. I am still learning and this stuff is confusing.
Your experience switching from CFL to HPS helps me understand. I will test if doubling the CFL can give hard nugs.

Not at all my friend, I've only been growing my own for a year now so I'm still trying to absorb all this info and put it to good use with my grows. With regards to hps vs cfl from what I've learnt is that hps gives of more lumens so I'm guessing if you could equal the same lumens you would achieve the same results as a hps.

Good evening fellow green enthusiasts, i'm here with the weekly update. I seem to have the cal/mag issue under control it turned out I wasn't doing the ph runoff test correctly and just needed to up the dosage of cal/mag to 1ml. I have invested in an accurate 8 meter just for back up and peace of mind. Thanks to all the help from the infirmiery

That is a lovely photo. Sour Crack is so photogenic and you captured those glistening trichomes.

How is the smell, I don't miss the skunk odor. Tyrone smells better for me.

Thanks hub, the smell is getting really potent now, I don't know whether it's the strain or that I'm using hps now but whatever it is its delicious.
The buds are fattening up nicely and the frosting is spreading everywhere, my previous grows never really got it on the larger leaves but these girls have. Again I'm not sure if it's strain or light.
I'm starting to reduce the nutrients now as I've only got about 14 days left which will put me at 70 days and from reading other journals that seems about right.
