It's 8c In the attic tonight I can't get the grow room above 21c with lights on u think this will be a major problem for the girls I may have to go get a heater with a timer tommrow what guys think?

Right guys Have been thinking last couple days my theory is maybe take the hps out and just buy a bigger led unit and put abit more cash to it like a Mars 2 900w or anything above that what do u guys think? .

If you're battling temps this time of year I would keep the HPS in there with them unless its physically too much for the plants. Too much intensity... But if you have good head room you're good! The more light the better as long as your set up is designed for it.

Yeah that's the way I'm going to go I think slater gonna get 2 Mars hydro 2 400w alongside the HPS, overkill U think or?

My temps have dropped over the past few days quite bit it's now running like 25c highest with lights on and like 15c with lights off I'm not sure if that's a major problem? ,the gorilla looks like there's so,thing wrong with it they don't seem to be growing a much as I thought they would it's like they come to a pause, the hod has sort of done its own LST as u can see, I'm thinking the roots may be getting to cold and it's making growth come to a Hault I may be wrong I don't know.

Can u let me no what u guys think please?

OK idk if you're familiar with Transpiration... Transpiration occurs when the Stomata are open. When temps are too low or too high the stomata will stay closed... Causing transpiration to stall or not happen at all. No transpiration, no growth. Your rH seems OK. Could be higher. It's not ideal but its OK. Any lower into the 30s...not ideal. You don't want to live there. You can survive but not thrive.

What are your safest options to add heat? Can you add more lights right now?

Hey rebel and yeah that's fine and I can remove the cool tube and just go back to a normal wing relector that's will add more heat for now I was gonna add some LEDs to, and yeah that makes sense it's like they ain't growing as fast as they should be I have moved my intake to the hatch of the attic as the house is nice and warm this time of year but other than that that my only option to add heat or I can insulate my room more and stop the cold fork outside coming in to my grow room as my attic is like 5c at the moment!

U recon that would be a good option rebel switch to the wing refector, it may get to hot in there then tho as if I add LEDs plus when i switch to flower I will be using 600w HPS using a 400w MH at the moment, they seem to still be looking healthy so maybe it's not a big problem gonna tackle that heat over the next couple days need to find a method that works for me then stick with that. @Rebel

Sorry bud! Had to run out... Didn't mean to leave ya hanging.. Yes imo using the lighting for extra needed heat would be your best option as opposed to dangerous electric heaters etc.. When the warmer temps outside come you can always add the reflector back.

23 c is about the lowest I'd be comfortable going. In my experience pot handles heat way better than cold! Hope that helps!
