Dutch Passion Groff Labs: AutoMazar - GN LEDs - Airpots - Coco vs Biobizz

Another quick update... my new camera SUCKS as it wont mount to the laptop anymore... have no clue why. So I'm back to my camera-phone.
I'd like to propose a game called "Spot the difference". If anyone can guess, I'll give you a pat on the back :firedevil:

Actually, I'll +rep whoever reeeeaaalllly guesses it right!

2 different LED units in 1 room isn't that like crossing the beams in Ghostbusters lol. I remember having a sandwich once with one slice of brown and one slice of white.....I was scared to take a bit incase it brought on the apocalypse lol

Could it be that snazzy new light hanging there in the middle??????

:bone::bone::bone::bone:  and snazzy it is!! :smokebuds: But the +rep goes out to who ever guesses the type of snazzyness!

:roflcry: I wont be doing that for long, this is just for kicks until I finish the AutoX's! I'm pulling about 800-850w of LED power in there! I'd love to be able to, but its just too much leccy. :wiz:

Day 94 coco / 70 biobizz

So flushing is underway with the coco AM's. There is signs of new growth but I wont be letting them go any more. I am shocked at how much the very lowest of the low budsites have swollen up. Some might call it popcorn bud, but the amount of triches they're packing will make some very fine oil in a few weeks! Had a taste of a 5 day paper-bag-cure on that rotting bud... holy crap brothers!! I am convinced! Ever so slight taste of green, not much of a smell yet, but rolled a nice one up when a friend popped by... we got baked for 4h+ !! Definitely uplifting and no couchlock style bang.

Still top feeding, or better, top flushing the girls, but still no sign of hunger. Starting Monday I will test Canna's response to my inquiries about using the bottom rez only. I'm kind of scared of what a very dry coco can do the the roots... but in theory as long as there is enough water to pump they will love it. They said I could try switching from Coco &B to only bottom feeding with Aqua A&B, but I didn't try it. maybe on another round I will. EC down there is 1.0 and pH 6.0, will gradually top up the rez making the EC go down. DO you guys pH correct the flush? I am, sort of standard procedure, but it also makes sense to let it go in a little higher than the usual hydro range...Been reading heaps loads on different theories of flushing...

Havn't decided which "side" I'm on, but definitely something to think about. Especially the sudden switch to zero food water and the stress response it causes.

Not much else to report, the Biobizz Mazars will get some highlight later on, but they are lagging quite a bit in size.

Very nice groff  is that a bysen led sandwiched between those GNs mate? :smokebuds:

I was reading through your post and saw that, correct me if I am wrong, that you used a paper bag to stop a rotting bud? What kind of rot did you have because I got a little auto B.Lee plant that I have been having problems with. Some bud tops got mold around the middle so I ended up scraping it out(not sure if this is the best way...) Any ideas?

Sorry mate, maybe I worded it wrong... The paper bag method is an alternate drying method used instead of hanging the plant upside down and taking up the tent. People swear by it ad I can see why. A mere 5 day dry period made it perfectly smokeable, with very little chlorophyl taste. It did taste a little chemical and the smoke popped once or twice, a sligtly darker grey smoke... but that's because it had o flush I guess. it was right after the pk boost. I saw the mold so I immediately chopped it down to remove the chance of it spreading. Scooped out the gunk and set it in the paper bag to dry. I've never had this before so I'm not all that knowledgeable on the subject, but I would contain it if I were you!

Who makes that badboy for Hydrogrow bro? There's no way I'm paying there prices but I may be looking for something to do a comparison against 1 of the MS0006 with the finished upgrades when the optics are done.

I just checked Bysen's website, the modules are totally different, These are DMA arrays. But I think I saw a couple recently over at the "direct from china" thread. In any case, I'm done with sourcing out direct deals so have no clue... For reference though, this does read 450w power from a watt meter.

No, it is probably me that read it wrong the other day dude. Thanks for the info and the link by the way. I will try this method out! it seems like a good one when seomeone doesn't want to wait all that time to dry! BTW....your LED set up is fuckin' awesome!
