Day 94 coco / 70 biobizz
So flushing is underway with the coco AM's. There is signs of new growth but I wont be letting them go any more. I am shocked at how much the very lowest of the low budsites have swollen up. Some might call it popcorn bud, but the amount of triches they're packing will make some very fine oil in a few weeks! Had a taste of a 5 day paper-bag-cure on that rotting bud... holy crap brothers!! I am convinced! Ever so slight taste of green, not much of a smell yet, but rolled a nice one up when a friend popped by... we got baked for 4h+ !! Definitely uplifting and no couchlock style bang.
Still top feeding, or better, top flushing the girls, but still no sign of hunger. Starting Monday I will test Canna's response to my inquiries about using the bottom rez only. I'm kind of scared of what a very dry coco can do the the roots... but in theory as long as there is enough water to pump they will love it. They said I could try switching from Coco &B to only bottom feeding with Aqua A&B, but I didn't try it. maybe on another round I will. EC down there is 1.0 and pH 6.0, will gradually top up the rez making the EC go down. DO you guys pH correct the flush? I am, sort of standard procedure, but it also makes sense to let it go in a little higher than the usual hydro range...Been reading heaps loads on different theories of flushing...
Havn't decided which "side" I'm on, but definitely something to think about. Especially the sudden switch to zero food water and the stress response it causes.
Not much else to report, the Biobizz Mazars will get some highlight later on, but they are lagging quite a bit in size.
