any idea's on how far I should bring my lights up just want them to stretch just a little bit.

also I'm not 100% on when to flower these f1's does anyone have a recommendation

Jack 47 F1 is 25/75 indica/sativa so it can grow tall. Expect the stretch to be 3 times the height of the plant at flip. Take your overall tent height - container height - light space = maximum plant height. example: ((60"-16")-24")= 20" 20"/4 = 5" Flip to 12/12 at 5 inches tall. This is just a guideline. You can always plan to supercrop but it makes your big colas less attractive from a sales stand point. It does not make them smaller; in fact supercropping can enhance quality of THC.

You get a lot of control over the stretch with LEDs. You can slow a plant down by keeping your lights a little low or stretch it up by keeping them just a little higher. One of your plants is showing just a little bit of heat or light stress and that's a good indicator to pick things up a bit. I would just experiment raise them about 3in see how the plants respond do they reach up for it? Do they stay the same? You'll get a feel for it.

Since the misses did such a good job of taking care of your plants while you were gone, if you screw up now it's all on you [emoji16]

thanks very much for that guide mate awesome advice. I had better measure them of do believe I am past 5 inches. my tent is 2.0 meters high by 1.5m wide and 2.0m long

I think probably this one, unless it's a strain dependent thing. The Sawtooth edges kind of curled up on the leaf is what I'm looking at.
