After getting a PPM meter I'm amazed I've managed to keep anything alive. I'm sure your girls will thank you for the switch too, looks like they already are in fact!

Mother of Frosty Goodness!! Excellent grow Froot! I’m looking forward to seeing your Skywalker. I’m having a shat time getting a couple to sprout. One won’t germ after 5 days (I haven’t given up), the other popped after 36 hours and doesn’t appear to be sprouting in her coco. I actually don’t know what I’m doing wrong as I am NOT blaming the seed.

much appreciated man! i meant to pop a Skywalker in to soak last night but y'know , i'll be sure to let you know how i get on and sending positive vibes that yours will pop! there's some excellent photo' Skywalker floating around my neck of the woods lately and it is absolutely divine, if i can get comparable results with this version then it'll be getting grown in numbers to get me stocked up - honestly one of my favourite ever smokes.

i got you bro! i picked up a bathroom tap adaptor yesterday for £1.50 for my RO filter and it works like a charm - snapped a pic to show you;



exactly my thoughts when i got a PPM meter - i still want to mix up a typical Advanced Nutrients feed to see what kinda numbers i was pouring in the pots for so long...less really is more with these girls.
some more pics incoming of the younger girls, hopefully you can see the improvements already after ditching my poor tap water and [hopefully] dialling in feeding practices that work for me.

loving this girl. still adjusting LST to keep her in line, actually managed to open her up some more after these pics. very promising sweet kushy smells accompany her early frosting - exactly what i'm looking for. removed dozens of leaves so far which is rare for me. several colas look to be stacking nicely, more so than anything i've grown before.

Grape Walker Kush
stinky little thing this. tried to do justice to the lashings of sparklies she's already adorned with but it'll become more pronounced in the coming weeks. won't be a huge producer but i do think i'll see some of those trademark ultra greasy buds. might try and push PK harder and see what she does.

Double Grape
33 days old here. growth and branching is excellent so far, one of those girls you can witness growing. really struggling to photograph her awesome stature but 100% confident this will be a stunning plant, another 3-4 weeks she will be a true heartbreaker i guarantee it. those fans are beginning to dwarf my hands.

4 Assed Monkey

okay confession time - i accidentally knocked her off her perch in the tent and had a bit of spillage. i don't think the ordeal was too rough and she's still pushing out new growth so hopefully a lucky escape for this clumsy idiot. will make up final pot this week and transfer across.

filling up the 4x4. Flawless Finish for HBSS this morning, day 85 for her! will probably harvest on Sunday.

A wicked strain selection for that grow Froot. It’s an example of Mephisto’s finest genetics. Great pics too! Make sure when you’re filling buckets with your RO unit that you put a timer on to remind you it’s filling unless you have a float valve to shut it off. I might have forgotten once, or a lot, that it was running and flooded out my laundry room.

i cannot disagree with you man, this IS an awesome selection of strains - now the pressure is on to get the most out of 'em!

haha yeh funny you should mention that...no timers or float valves in place yet...actually up until yesterday my RO system was hooked up to the garden tap! now it's hooked up via that adaptor in the bathroom with jugs filling in the shower with the filters sat in my runoff bucket.

i might grow a pair and hook the filter up to the mains properly but the little bit of additional hassle is totally worth the lovely sub 25ppm water!

luckily my stoner memory will result in just a little wasted water opposed to any flooding. he says....

thanks brother! still making changes, this is VERY different to the opening grow in the cupboard last year but as you know mate i'm a perfectionist and anything short just doesn't really cut it for me. once i am 100% happy (perhaps 99%) with my grows there will be smoke reports on top of smoke reports.
as for the frost - you gotta get some of this Meph magic going dude...the frost fairies visit each night.

Looking good, brother. Can't wait to hear how HBSS treats you. Mine's about halfway cured now and it's delish! It smells pretty mellow (almost like sweet tea) and sends me straight into the clouds. Good stuff!

variety,rotation/perpetual keeping the garden ticking over nicely.more than nicely just whisps of buds at the minute but allready a good dusting on the fan leaves
@LordGreenWood has a gwk looking rather nice to have some in a drawer somewhere but yet to grow out a gwk,i should pull my finger out

Yeah, Froot, I am really thinking about finally becoming a Meph head for a grow. I do need more indica though. I have a few strawberry nuggets, and I here they have the kush indica profile I need. I need a plant that can handle tropical weather during my summer grow, though. Do you think SN would work?
