New Grower First Indoor Grow: Jock Horror Auto

Cool. Just want to make sure you don't run into the same things I did starting out. I'm subbed man. Keep updated, I can't wait to see what that waterfarm can do.
 
Ok, so I ordered the pH pen that was suggested... it had all of the features the $80 one had with the addition of replaceable electrodes. I figured I might as well.... lol

I checked the seed today as I turned the lights out on it and it seems to just now be breaking the seed and I could see the root starting to come out. It has not completely broken through but we will see....

Update and pictures tomorrow when I get off work :-)

About to jump into the shower and get ready for work. I will take pictures when I get off and get home. I lifted the little piece I placed over the seed a little to check and the root has started to grow down out of the seeds shell. I estimate it should break ground in a day or so... which seems a little long for me :-/ but who knows lol
 
The meter is almost idiot proof...if it came with instructions, I'd say just follow those.
