Any thoughts on the lighting intensity? I've been only watering when the soil feels dry, about 3" down. Trying to force the roots to reach for the amended mix at the bottom 1/3 of the pot.
View attachment 1026335 View attachment 1026336 I increased the distance from the light gave it a good watering. Leaves look healthier after just a day.
Thank you!Looking nice and green
Would you like me to move this to the 'New Growers Journal'?
Edit: Moved you to a better section for advice
Maybe I missed it but are you ph'ing (spelling?) your water and how often do you water? just curious because your leaves are looking like mine did when I over or under watered , and when my ph was off they also looked like yours. When in good health the leaves will either be flat or look like kids at a music festival with their hands raised. I'm new though so take what I say with a grain of salt. Otherwise great job and keep up the great work! :smoking:

Yah HighNDry knows his stuff! mine clawed bad until I fixed my ph. Supposedly though ph problems can also cause nutrient problems and other maladies. How are you gauging when your souls dry? Too much watering can cause the plant to uptake extra nitrogen as well.Aye @BazookaJay got a bit of clawing going on. I would suspect N tox over the lights though. What is your nute schedule pal?
I am running a 1000 watt led and I'm 5 in inches from the tops of my plants that are a week from finish. Mind you it really only puts out about 300 watts, but I have had no issues with the light being that close. Your lights are definately ok where they are I'd think. maybe I'm just lucky! my next grow I will out the lights at 14 inches away thoughThe light is about 24" away. Running veg and bloom spectrums at both 100%.
