Day 5 and i think all is well. She got the other .5liters of recharge water today. Didnt get any taller over the last day but her 2nd set of fan leaves is definitely popping up. Keep on keepin on, lil plant!

Day 6 and not much to report, hopefully this means theres big business going on under the soil as the roots develop.
Shes about 2.25 inches high today, and that 2nd set of fan leaves is lifting up to the heavens!!
Checked her soil, gave her another .5 liters of recharge water today.
Also got the carbon filter set up inside the tent, its a squeeze but its in. Wont run it for another couple of weeks probably.

Day 7 and all is well. A couple things to note....
Watered with .5 liters of recharge. I installed the 4 inch fan and filter kit and gave it a test run last night. Let it run for an hour and it dropped the temp in the tent by about 8 degrees, and knocked the humidity down from 70 to 55. I wont run it until smell becomes an issue but glad to see it works.
Last thing for this update, so i kinda went overboard on seeds. I originally ordered from seedsman, but instead of just waiting for my seeds i went ahead and placed a couple of other orders, 1 with gyo seeds, and 1 other with some shop here in the states called greybeard seeds. Well, i received the last order today and it was a doozy. I should be set on seeds until the year 2120 lol.
I am stupid excited about the seeds i received today. I grabbed 13 seeds for some gorilla blue from advanced seeds, gg4 is one of the strains i have wanted to try for so long now. The thought of gg4 mixed with blueberry sets my head to spinnin!!!
Today has been a hella good day, glad i woke up for it lol

This lil lady showed her head last saturday and shes chugging along. I think shes gorgeous but theres that little bit of doubt/nerves in the back of my head saying shes got issues.
Im doing my best to ignore that voice tho, we are gonna maintain the course! A little refresher for anyone who cares to read...

1st grow, im growing in a 2x2x4 tent with a 300w led(actual watts are somewhere around 125 i think).
I have 1x seedsman auto white widow in a 5gal fabric pot. Im using kindsoil topped with coco loco as the medium and will be attempting a water, or water + recharge feed. The only other nute i have around is megacrop which im planning on using for the next round of grows. More on that later.
I am checking ph with a little drop kit, water out of the tap has been maintaining 6-6.5.
For ventilation and odor control i am running 2 6inch clip on fans and a 4inch fan and filter kit. Temps and rh have been spot on thus far. Ill be popping some ona gels as needed for the smell.
Concerns- heighth is a concern, between the pot and the lights/filter i only have about 30 inches of room so i am going to attempt lst for sure, and im on the fence about topping. I have a lil bit of time before i have to make that choice tho.
The baby started with 30inches of space between her and the light and im letting her grow up to it, shes about 2.75 inches tall and 27.5 inches frkm the light.
So here we are on day 8. How is my baby looking? This is the portion of the program where i fish for compliments and such lol. To my untrained eye shes looking good. Color is a good green, the leaves look to be shaping up healthy and hale, her 2nd set of fan leaves looks like theyll have at least 2 fingers. The leaves are pointed up but not in a leggy straining way. Im feeling good so far!

Next round of grows-
I am going to be adding another tent to the basement here shortly. This one is a bit bigger at 48x20x60. For lighting im intrigued by cobs and will probably grab one to start.
Ive got a ton of coco loco left over so im going to grow in it using megacrop and possibly recharge if i have any left. Id like to grow 2 plants in that tent, and ideally itd be awesome to have staggered harvests so i can keep my med cabinet full!
As far as strains im going to grow 1x seedsman northern lights auto and 1x advanced seeds gorilla blue auto. I got a freebie photoperiod seed called black cheese that im very intrigued by but i wanna get a couple auto grows under my belt before i try it.
Anywho, thats enough ramblin for now Happy saturday morning afn!

Plant loos good so far bro. Ignore those voices, the first 2-3 weeks are the worst because they are the slowest, more work is being done below the surface than on top. You should see it explode in weeks 3 and 4.

Also with the inline fan, since it's a 4" you could put it outside the tent to save room inside.

Do yourself a favour and get a ph pen and calibration fluids. Those kits are not worth the hassle. It will save you big time in the long run.

Also an Ec meter if you do not have.

These are our tools to get the grow on point.

I am certainly hoping they explode with goodness lol. Good think I ng on the fan being run outside the tent! Ive already hung the fan outside the tent but didnt have space to set the filter out as well so ill leave it crammed in the tent. Its not too bad tho, i imagine many an indoor growing in an illegal state would have killed for 30 usable inches of space for lights and such lol. Really this is just an excuse for me to try out some lst!
