New Grower First grow kindsoil, autocobs, white widow

Im gonna put up an edited version here in a bit, its pretty!
And thats the standard sony 30mm macro lens im using now. I had a bad@$$ 50mm macro, that muthatrucker was sharp, i think it was a legacy minolta lens. It got lost in a move so ive been rocking the 30.
In a former life i was a pretty serious amateur photog guy. Most fun i had was a 3 year stint doing local shows.
Id go in take pics, edit em and upload there at the shows, kinda a live, real time street team. Was hella fun, if it had paid more of the bills i would have never stopped.

Welcome back afn peeps! So i dipped my toes in the live chat over on highofthetiger, got to chat with some fine folks. Definitely the place to be when afn isnt available!
So........
I did a thing today. I cut widow down. Ive been watching her trichomes and she hit all cloudy, had a few ready to go amber so i did the deed.
I chopped at the base and shes hanging on a clothesline down in my basement. Didnt trim anything off yet, ill do it dry.
Temps sitting at 70, rh at 45 so the plan is to let her dry for 4-5 days and then chuck her in a jar for her cure! I think itll dry quick, quicker than id like for sure, but ill just do up the cure all proper and hope she turns out.
Im freaking stoked, never thought id actually get this far into a grow.
Thanks to all the afn peeps who stopped in this journal to offer advice, kind words, etc!!!
Lastly, for now, a lil birdie may have told me someones getting his 1st dwc setup this week, maybe even tomorrow.
Anywho, tip your cup lads and lasses for white widow!

Baked!! I finally managed to get back in here, hopefully the site stabilizes. I have to find my journal and update it. Anyway, sweet job on that horrendous Widow haha! It was a treat seeing how she went rogue and decided to grow all effed up, then watching you make her give up some nugs haha! Been great buddy, going to have to tag me into your next thread. Ok, gotta go search my journal out. Nice work

Thx yo, it was not the best 1st grow ever but i got through it a wiser man with his own grown to smoke. I count that as a smashing victory!

I think that’s why I loved this grow so much,it was a nice way to see how resilient these girls can be! Ya did good with what she threw your way

So its sunday morning and im elevated, like an eagle flying to the top of mt olympus to hang with the gods and goddesses elevated. Somebodys gonna ramble!
So im planning out the rest of this year, as far as grows go, and i think im going to be able to squeeze 3 rounds of growing in this year.
Im finishing up the last bit of the 1st round, ive started the 2nd round which should be done by end of september and then im planning on startimg the 3rd round in October.
Kind of crazy to think i could have 3 grows under my belt before the end of the year. So much excite!!
By january i should be able to set up in the basement, then its gonna be on like kong! Ill be able to split the grow op into seperate sections and i will be able to get my dwc setup and running, without having to worry about it leaking or flooding on the 3rd floor of muh house.
Ive already got 1 bubble bucket but i may end up getting a couple more to do a big hydro run.
ive also got an experiment in mind with the autopot but i wont try that either until i am back in the basement. I totally psyched myself out as far as having that much water sitting around upstairs lol.
On to the next one......i think i wanna get in on a grow battle type grow. Doesnt even have to be anything official, but i like that the grow battles give ya a framework and its cool to see everybodys updates.
So the 3rd round could very well end up being a friendly grow battle, kinda fire up the competitive juices see what sorta trouble we can grow in to!
Imma take a smoke break and then im sure ill be back to ramble some more afn!

I am trying to get where I can harvest every 3-4 weeks. My 2nd grow is on day 29 and day 39 and I just put 2 more in the dirt today. I want to make sure of steady meds
