First Grow In Almost 2 Years!

It's been 3 days in the dry tent for purple kush #2 plant that had mold. I had the inline fan pulling max air out because I wanted them dried as fast as possible to minimize the risk of mold starting up again. I also wet trimmed to speed drying up. They are ready for paper bag to uniform the moisture. Worked out great the smell is good no hay smell so I got lucky!
Final weight of 54g. Not to bad considering I had to throw away more than half of each main cola!

Critical + is still drying I hung that one without wet trimming because honestly after 3 days in a row full of trimming I was spent and gave up 🤣 update in a few days.

This is Purple Kush #1

FWIW I have had issue's aswell I think we all have any point or another just had some myself recently. That was my finally straw and made some changes in the tent and what's helped me is having an intake fan just a cheap AC infinity raxail fan hooked to an ink bird controller to kick on if RH gets above 58% during flower. I keep the passive vents wide open and the intake fan is just a booster fan only on when the exhaust fans can't keep up BUT I main key is making sure your lung room is low enough RH you have to be bringing in lower rh air to make a difference

Plus everything P2B said air circulation is huge but sounds like you have that under control just need to exchange more air with lower Rh

For now I'm leaving the tent open with a big fan blowing until these 2 plants are done then I'm going to invest in a dehumidifier and better fans for inside the tent. Tiny house stays around 45% RH and temps low 70s. Think I just had to many flower plants at one time with to high humidity but we live and learn! Ill figure it out eventually 😁

Forsure IMO a dehumidifier in the lung is a must and wise investment although if your house stays 45% all the time that's good. I need a dehumidifier to keep my basement <55%. The booster fans stopped me from needing to keep door cracked open on the tent

It doesn't stay that low all the time especially if it rains for days like it was doing. Going into dry season now though. I tried to say away from getting a dehumidifier because of the cost per month to run it but if I'm going to be fighting mold then it's worth it!

Day 57. Northern Lights in coco. She's a beast of a plant.

Day 64. AK Auto in soil. Great plant also giving me no problems at all.

Day 32. Strawburried Kush RBX1. This gal here first time growing in Tupur Gold coco and its definitely different than brick coco I'm not sure I like it as much honestly. Compacts super quick and holds water drainage isn't as good. The strain itself may be slow growth also until pre flower stretch idk but we shall find out!

Welp because I have to keep my tent open and a big fan blowing on them I now have dog hair all over my beauties 🤣 so I broke down and ordered 2 6in vivosun fans and a small 30oz dehumidifier so I can close my tent again. I'm also getting rid of the table and creating draining 5 gallon bucket stands for each plant so I can water without moving them in and out. Good stuff! 😁

You'll thank yourself later. I went though the trouble of making auto draining pot risers and it was well worth the hassle. Cocoforcannabis has some good plans for some if you're handy. I made a slightly different variation of those.

Looking good so far! :d5:

Appreciate it man! I went with a 5 gallon bucket and the pot risers I have got snuggly on top so I drill some holes and drainage it perfect. Empty them out once a week good to go! It's my first step to an auto watering system I'm going to setup in the near future. Using the cocoforcannabis idea as well good stuff on there.
