Also fed 1.5L of tap water with
3ml each grow A , grow B and Cal Mag !
My ppm was 750 this time ... is that good still don't know what that is...

kitty i worry about taking a odd leaf off i felt you went a little overboard as when it starts to strech it would of opened up your bud sites as if you pull leaves off it will go into shock maybe for a few days just go easy i will remove something if its blocking sites also maybe build a net to keep it from going 2 high i bought one but with yours id use string but i think your doing sound pal check mine out

Because it's my first time I'm trying to just test out everything like lst defoliating and etc.but they looking good this morning .

More white hairs popping out still not sure when should I switch to bloom nutes or switch my light to bloom...

Ive done only a few grows but i would say that switch the light to bloom and keep the veg light on too. So veg and bloom both "on" and start feeding bloom nutrients after 2-4 days.

You are doing perfectly fine! Dont stress about when to switch to bloom etc. Its not like you need to know a certain day when to switch the plant to bloom. Just look at the plant and how she is growing and when she is starting to push out real pistils not the ones that are just showing sex. Go look my latest grow photos. You can see my plant has pushed already plenty of pistils and i still havent switched to bloom nutes. I want to push her to max in her veg state. I switch to bloom nutes next time i change my rez so about 4 days or so! No stress mang! Keep it real!

Nice ... yeah your grow doing really good too .
I wish I could switch to both light but as I mentioned before my temps go over the roof ... so have to do one spectrum at a time
