I did another feed today of 1.5ml each Ph perfect A+B for 1L ...
My tap water had ppm of 150
I measured the Ppm of the 1L after nutrients added it was around 460ppm
I also measured the runoff and it was 160 ppm...
Is this good bad or ok ? Because
I don't know anything about ppm

Really that's kind of a personal choice. I don't really do much in the way of low-stress training so I really can't offer whole lot of advice there.

I know lst can slow down growth and in some cases stunt growth, I'm far from an expert but I don't think you've stunted it, maybe lay off until it shows clear signs of vigorous growth again or just let it grow how it wants from now on, I'm sure someone will have a better answer for you but it looks healthy enough I wouldn't worry too much.

Thank you for the advice ...
Problem is I'm not sure
How much taller it will grow so I'm afraid of light burn when it gets to close To the led...

I still don't really understand how close can it get without getting light burn

What's up man. I think you should really stick to lst. It's slow right now but soon it grows so fast it will be fine. I just did my first lst. It's tedious. Trust me it's worth it. Even canopy resulting in better yeild. And I feel you can control temp better. Not a pro but do some research . I like to run my plants humidity a little higher in your veg mode . Like 55-60% rh. And it won't hurt to have down a few degrees. Higher humidity helps photosynthesis early on and then lower back under 50%rh into flowering

Yeah I might start doing it again for the side branches ... I'm also planning to switch to bloom. Itrients soon to make It flower Faster And avoid to much stretch
