No worries, sis! This grow feels very different and I'm glad that I'm facing issues. Would suck if it happened last grow cos I'd have freaked.
I mentioned a kamikaze attitude for this grow but might have exaggerated. Really, I just wanna try things out and get my soil grows more dialed in.
Besides the new lights, nutes, soil formula and strains this round, I've also fed nutes as early as 3 days old. Fimmed as early as Day 9. And at Day 12-14 (today), I've employed the @Savage Garden LST method, although it looks nothing like what the master does. Too early perhaps but what the heck! Basically, I just LST the main branch as usual BUT also pulled the fan leaves outwards to expose budsites.

Will be going for a short trip tomorrow and will be leaving the girls for a few days. Fed them today with the same 0.5g per litre of MC and 0.25g per litre of SC. PHed a little this time with Wood Vinegar and Liquid Silicon. PH around 6.5 with PPM 430++. They still seem to love it. No CalMag yet, maybe later.
From the left with red ties is Purple Mazar at only about Day 15 or so. Topped/Fimmed at 4th node and is a pleasure to train! Really love how she is growing and the structure.
In the middle is Diesel. Seems to be largest for now and topped/fimmed at 5th node. Also great to train but large fan leaves are a little annoying. Day 17 for Diesel.
Last is Lemon at also Day 17. Growth was great but i screwed up a little. Her internodal spacing is very tight and was hard to train. I broke a cola 3 days back and ANOTHER one the next day. One at 3rd node and another on 5th node. I did not tape or let it heal. I just ripped the whole thing off from main stem. Lets see how she does. No sign of stress so far. From what i read, this strain is a small one that usually only grows out one main cola, and I ripped off two...LOL
Sour hound is stunted for sure but who am I kidding? I can't kill any of my gals intentionally. Besides, this is the only Mephisto strain and seed that I got. Seems like everyone grows a Mephisto around here and I don't wanna be left out. She'll at least gimme something decent…im sure!

I got another Amnesia Haze that should pop her head tomorrow. Unless that little nudge I gave to the seed cap hurt her. If so, I'm gonna just stick with 4 plants. I guess we'll know when I get back from my trip!

They are looking good, I quite enjoy LST but I do it when needs must. (Going to be out of headroom)

Guess what? I broke another branch on Lemon today. She is at Day 21 today. I bet she hates that I'm back...lol. Again, i just ripped it off cos I don't like the look of dead/recovering leaves. Hopefully I get less budsites but denser buds.

Sour Hound is really fussy about lights. She is way shorter and I already put her on the corner of the footprint. Light intensity should be much lesser now and I even increased height of lights. She is still canoeing and a few leaves are cringing. My gut feeling still tells me this is a problematic seed. Getting her to germ was already not easy. Getting her to harvest decently should require skill on my part and some luck. Overall, she still looks good and I'm hoping for good growth after she gets over whatever she is fussing about.
Amnesia is up and doing good. Not as good as Diesel and Purple was when they were at Day 3 but it usually don't mean nothing. So this again proves that my germination method should be good. Changed nothing and Amnesia Haze popped just fine. My germ problems can be confined to just the 2 freebie strains I got. Pretty sure its not me now, and I feel better...lol

Diesel and Purple @ Day 26 and Day 24 respectively. Removed more fan leaves. Still a pleasure to train. Shown sex.
Lemon @ Day 26. I did not break any more of her. Left her alone for a bit. Shown sex too!
Fed the above 3 plants, 3 days ago with 0.75g per litre of MC and 0.25g per litre of SC, along with my usual PH additives. PPM around 550. PH around 6.3. Gonna get up to 1g per litre for next feeding, estimated to be in 2 days time to celebrate their 4th week of life!
I added some garden lime to the soil and have yet to need any CalMag. Keeping fingers crossed as its still pretty early.
Very happy with growth so far. Light intensity have just been increased to about 175W (50% of Max power). This was slowly done from 120W to 150W to current brightness. Height is around 15-16 inches from canopy
Sour hound at Day 17. Small and slower growth. FIMmed her and she turned out to be my only successful FIM so far. The other 3 were all topped, more or less. Learnt that this is a discontinued strain for some time now, which explains my germ issues with it.
Lets see what i can do with her?
Last but not least, my pretty little Amnesia Haze at Day 8.
Fed both Amnesia and Sour Hound this morning with 0.5g per litre MC and 0.25g per litre SC along with my usual PH additives. PH around 6.4. PPM around 445. They look fine.
